At Joseph and Sons Mosaics, we take pride in the craftsmanship and detail of every piece of mosaic art we create. Each item is handcrafted with care and designed to be a timeless addition to your space. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
It must be returned in the original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.
Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable, unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a shipping address.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
In some cases, a restocking fee may apply for large-scale pieces.
🚚 Damaged or Defective Items
If your mosaic arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include:
Photos of the damaged item and packaging
A description of the issue
We’ll work quickly to offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value pieces.
